Step 3 - Review and sign

We will submit the draft documents to you to review. If the documents are satisfactory, you can sign them in our office, via Audio-Visual Link (eg Zoom or Microsoft Teams) or with a Justice of the Peace. We will then submit the documents to the Supreme Court of New South Wales on your behalf.  

When the Grant of Probate has been issued by the Court, we will render an invoice for our fees and the disbursements incurred.
